Linda Eileen Reeb Smith, age 79, passed away on September 29, 2026 at her residence in Columbia, TN. She chose to be cremated. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Inurnment will be announced at a later date.

Linda was born on May 11, 1947, in Louisville, Kentucky to John Andrew Reeb, Jr. and Violet Eileen Tyler Reeb. She lived in the Buechel Community, and she graduated from Fern Creek High School in 1966. She worked for several years at Baptist East Hospital.

She married Michael Glenn Smith on July 10, 1987, in Louisville. She and Michael lived in St. Louis from July 1987 to August, 1991. In 1991 they moved to Columbia, Tennessee when Michael began work with Saturn Corporation in Spring Hill.

Linda was a member of the Jackson Heights church of Christ in Columbia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Andrew Reeb, Jr. and Violet Eileen Tyler Reeb.

Linda is survived by her husband, Michael, their son, Troy M. Smith of Columbia, Tennessee, siblings, John A. (Emily) Reeb, III of Louisville, Kentucky, Donald S. Reeb of Louisville, Cherline F. Reeb (Paul) Walker, and Warren T. (LuAnn) Reeb of Dedham, Massachusetts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
