Lorene Presgrove

Lorene Presgrove, age 97, long time resident of Columbia went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 10, 2023 at NHC-Oakridge in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Lorene was born on June 2, 1926 to the late Wesley and Louvisa Frogge Williams in Ashland, Illinois. Lorene was a devoted wife to her loving husband, the late Bob Presgrove, for 72 years. She was a caring mother to her 4 children she shared with Bob.

In Lorene’s spare time she enjoyed having a green thumb and planting and taking care of all her plants. She also spent her free time crafting. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded by her husband: Bob Presgrove and son: Roger Presgrove (Roxana) CA.

Lorene is survived by her children: Robert Presgrove Jr. (Nancy) CA, Barbara Widell (David) Knoxville, Rhonda Miller (Mike) Columbia; and grandchildren: Adam Widell, Eric Widell, Elizabeth Leonard, Aaron Presgrove, Keith Presgrove, Tim Presgrove, Chris Miller, Casey Miller, Kelly Sutliff; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Lorene will be laid to rest beside her husband at Polk Memorial Gardens on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Garden of Prayer.
