Patsy was born November 14, 1957, to the late Walter and Ruby Ethel Adams Rippy in Madison, Tennessee.
Patsy is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Tim) Johnston; grandsons: Coty Carpenter, Christopher (Brooke Curry) Carpenter, and Cadin Carpenter; great-grandchildren: Lukas, Ollie, Reign, Chase, Jaylee Carpenter; sisters: Rita McMurtry and Darlene Lawhorn; and a special furry sidekick: Ninja.
