Phyllis Joanne Williams, age 77, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 in Columbia, Tennessee at Maury Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. Phyllis was born February 16, 1941 to John and Erma Collins in Antrim, Michigan.
Phyllis is survived her children: Roy Cuzzort, Sharon (Matt) Sharpe, Letha (Mark) Sharpe, Terry Cuzzort, Randy (Treva) Cuzzort, Jay Williams, and Ray Williams; and over 15 grand children.
Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
